RGE Media Group is owned and operated by JR Griggs. JR has been involved in sales and Marketing for over 12 years. As a successful marketer he began to help friends with their businesses and saw them increase profits by amazing percentages. The more he spoke with business owners, the more he realized the need that small businesses had, for help with their business.

In order to help more businesses he started putting together workshops to teach business owners how to market their businesses. Unfortunately this was not enough. Many businesses still did not have the resources to implement some of the strategies. He also started to realize that some businesses were seeing an increase in customers but not in profits. This prompted him to investigate further and learned that many businesses are overloaded with “profit leaks“. These profit leaks were costing the businesses serious money and with more customers it just created bigger leaks.

This is when JR realized that the only way to truly help a business was to analyze every part of it. To find all of those profit leaks and implement systems to fix them. With the profit leaks fixed and proper marketing bringing in more customers, businesses started to see drastic increases in profit. Today JR continues to help businesses cut the fat and waste from their advertising and increase profits, as well as plug those pesky profit leaks.
